The chefs have created a modern interpretation of Nordic food and culture, served on your plate and in your glass. Half the menu consists of vegetarian dishes and the other half includes a mix of fish, shellfish and meat dishes. All vegetables are carefully selected from local producers and all drinks are paired, if you wish, to the dishes you've chosen.
You can also take a seat at the bar, where the good things in life take centre stage. This is somewhere guests can come and really treat and spoil themselves. Wine and beer, ice-cold bubbles, Swedish specialities and, as the name suggests, löjrom (caviar, or roe) in various different forms.
The restaurant serves an extensive breakfast and brunch buffet for everyone who likes to get the day off to a flying start with delicious food. The breakfast is completely organic and focuses on a classic selection with almost everything you can imagine.
