In the "hotel bay" on Holmen at the far end of Saltsjöbaden you'll find this classic archipelago restaurant and bar. The menu consists of classics such as Toast Skagen, prawn salad, hamburgers, cured salmon and meatballs - served with beer, wine and ambitious cocktails.
