BodyBuddy has become a firm neighbourhood favourite among Östermalm locals. They serve healthy food and drinks made on site. The menu includes everything from salads to smoothie bowls and raw food and on Saturdays they serve a brunch with both hot and cold options. Everything is organic and mainly free from gluten, refined sugar and lactose. You'll find them on Jungfrugatan where they share premises with Yogayama Östermalm.

Bonus tip for anyone on a small budget
