Till detta så fick vi ett smörstekt knaprigt bröd, finhackad rödlök och len smetana. Smörigheten och syrligheten balanserade upp rommen super bra. Kocken berättade om dom olika sorterna och rekommenderade dryck till varje.

Till rommen fick vi testa oss fram med två vita Viner, en Cava och en champagne. Något jag älskar är att testa just mat och dryck och se hur smakerna ändras. Vit vinerna hade jag inte dryckit som sällskapsdryck men dom gick i harmoni med rommen! Champagnen och cavan var super goda både i sig själva och till rommen.

Sen kom brunchen, hur har man missat den här?! Vilken kvalite, vilka smaker! Och priset för de man får är 100% värt de. Utbudet var stort och Musslorna i vitvinssås var himmelskt goda, hade mer än gärna ätit en hel skål med dom. Räkor, havskräftor, rökt lax och krabba i fräscha naturliga smaker. rom paj, Lax med pocherat ägg och ädelostpaj fanns även. De enda som var en besvikelse för mig var pannkakorna. Pannkakor och våfflor är bland de bästa jag vet!! Men dom här kunde jag inte ens äta. Kompakta, torra och hade någon konstig rand i mitten. Blev väldigt besviken på dom, men med allt annat som fanns så gjorde det inget. Det var så mycket mat och blev mer än mätt, dock längtar redan tillbaka för att testa alla rätter man inte orkade.

Vi fick även se hotellrummen som var så fräscha, väl planerade med utrymme och dom var moderna. Inte för mycket grejer utan väldigt stilrent. Kunnig och trevlig personal och vi fick som sagt fantastiskt bra service!

Var ett härligt event och fick uppleva många smaker och är verkligen att rekommendera att man gör en egen bokning här med familj eller vänner.
