We had high expectations of Shibumi after eating in Esperanto, but there is a great potential for improvement on the site. We had ordered a table, but the table placement were chaotic and seemed mostly operated by pryoelever. After much about and half an hour after the reserved time we got two seats at the bar. We ordered a glass of champagne each, and then when it was time for some sashimi, so it was served in the same glass. We asked to other more suitable glass and then received a surprised "I thought You wanted it in the glass" from the waitress. Razor clams were served then entirely uncleaned with sand bag left. "We want it to be more natural" we got to the answer of the obvious ignorant chef, who also served insjögös as sashimi, which would be contrary to the National Food Administration's administrative rules. No, sharpening at all levels!
