Vi fick en trevlig och uppmärksam servitör, Carlos, som var snabb med dryckesbeställningar och leverans och dessutom använde en stor portion humor.
Själva brunchen var lagom tyckte nog alla - och den ramslöksgravade laxen gick framförallt hem. Vissa ställen vräker på och man vare sig orkar eller vill ha en julbordscoma när vädret är härligt vårigt utanför.
Lokalen är ju trevlig och efter var det bara att gå ner maten med en promis runt Långholmen.

Cozy restaurant with relaxed and welcoming environment. We got our own room to eat in as we were a large company which was nice. They recommended a white and a red wine with the food. The white wine, chardonnay, was very light in taste even though you were first a bit fooled by the deep yellow tone. I got a different red wine than the company because it was a grape in those that had been ordered that I could not tolerate, but the red I got is one of the taser I drunk, cabernet sauvignon, Round and deep taste. Both wines were from 19 crimes and suited both to the food and as a companion drink before and after dinner.
After the drink was served, we probably got Stockholm's tastiest bread! A warm carrot bread that I long to return to!
Tonight's appetizer was bleak roe with smetana, red onion and bread. The rum was really good! And the classic accessories went as always well. I'm still a little thoughtful about the bread. Very crumbly and hard to eat to. To this I took the white wine, worked excellently.
For Main Course I took the hung beef fillet with brandy sauce, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and mashed potatoes. And the fillet of beef, wow so tender! You barely had to cut them! The meat really attracted the thin and tasteful brandy sauce and was fantastic. The accessories worked perfectly to, and equally so the red wine that was served now.
I'm not a real Dessert person, but was curious about the 3 chocolate truffles and to this it became an Irish coffee. One of the pralines was light chocolate and it was too sweet for my taste, one with between dark chocolate and cocoa around that was very creamy and tasty and the last one that had the darkest chocolate was very compact but still thought it worked. Irish coffee was quite okay, a little too much cream according to me but you are a coffee man also who likes to have a stronger coffee taste than usual. An Irish coffee and 3 pralines was a perfect ending in my taste!
The service was very in between. They tried hard and knew what standard the place wants to perform but did not always go all the way. The person who helped with the wine was very professional and knowledgeable in the field. Knew what they would recommend to what and considering that we were a large company with different liking. The person who then served was not as good. They gave bread but felt stressed in the meantime. And when they poured wine, I asked him what kind of grapes were in and he said " don't know, here's the bottle and you can search." Probably because he was stressed and felt that there was a lot to fix up our company. But given that the place was not crowded, I think he could have checked it, or used a nicer way of saying it. As I said, the wine that had been started was not served and then got another wine ... after I searched for the content even there.
If you don't live nearby, you might not think about going out of town, out on a promontory just for a dinner or similar. But get here! A lovely walk With cozy surroundings to a restaurant that values quality. Sure, there are little things to fix here. But all in all, it was a nice evening with memorable food and drinks! And my lovely company did the icing on the cake.

At first glance it was so cozy! It is located in a beautiful house, separated on Långholmen. The room is fantastic. You are greeted by a small bar, lovely armchairs and a crackling fire. Also the dining room is nice but white tablecloths and we were a large company so got our own half room with chandeliers and views of the small courtyard that must be very cozy in the summer!
But i'm afraid that's where it ends. The service did not live up to expectations at all. It was quite okay but quite slow and awkward, which was strange because there were not many other guests in the room.
The food wasn't that funny either. I took bleak roe for the appetizer and it was incredibly a bit bleak roe for 195 kr. Then it was a bit chopped, onion, smetana and dill and a roasted piece of bread that was completely crumbly and sweet – almost like a sponge cake.
The main course was better, all right. Cod with accessories. The dessert was a creme brulee that was good but the others at the table were not happy with their cardamom cake. Had really wanted to give it a higher rating but simply can not.
