Lokalen är stor, luftig och trevlig. Det är så härligt med träden i lokalen och serveringspersonalen som rullar vagnar med stor parmesanost, trancherar eller flamberar vid bordet. Vi beställde chark till förrätt får vår duktiga servitör som fick fria händer och bad om att få lägga till en överraskning som blev friterad tryffel & svamprisottobollar, Herregud så gott! Äntligen fick vi även rejält med chark (till skillnad mot många andra restauranger).
Pastan vi beställde var tyvärr lite underkokt, inte al dente, men smaken var bra och pork chopen var grym!
Jag är besviken över att jag inte orkade ta den flamberade desserten den får bli nästa gång. Vi tog istället sorbet som var riktigt bra även den.

Middagen började med att vi blev serverade groteska mängder, på ett underbart sätt, 36-månaders lagrad Parmiggiano Reggiano direkt från hjulet som rullades runt i lokalen.
