Review of Adam/Albin – by Adam L.

At last A&A open like a regular restaurant every night. The renovation has made the past couple of months has really paid off, and that's no small changes right away, I knew hardly recognize me. The environment is completely sick looking now, I must say. Everything from ceilings and floors to décor and menus.

Food concept is a bit special. We must first go back to Albin (varies enough who it is) in the open kitchen, where you get a small cut of something. Then you get to sit down at the table and served n tasting menu with five appetizers and four between dishes, of which the last is dessert. What is unique is that you get to choose from three different dishes on the right (not appetizers though).

Normally I think appetizers tend to be magical and then becomes the greater the rights they become more boring. That was not the case at A&A. Appetizers were awesome, it was an occasional I had a little difficulty. But the three between the dishes, steak tartare, fried turbot in flatbread and lamb, was absolutely magical all three. Very impressed. Desserts were also good, but I'm no efterrättskille. Service flawless, of course. 795 kr may be considered affordable, I'll be back.
