I have just been on Urban Deli with former colleagues. It was great food but lousy service. The waitress told us that we would go näbbigt when another company booked the table (we had been sitting at our table in 1 h 20 min and was promised a 2-hour session). Then she ran basically off us and stuck the Bill under my nose at us and ordered us to go. We sat at the bar for a while. After about another 25 min, we left the restaurant and still put no one at our table ... In addition, she asked not apologise until we told on cracking down. No, ugh! This was the last time we visited this place with self-absorbed and snooty staff!
