Given the pressure they had on both the outdoor terrace and inside the restaurant and the high level they still delivered this evening, I want to give 4/5 the stars. The staff were professional and showed good knowledge of the range and also the small components of the dishes/drinks, which gives a professional and reliable impression. And the food/drink was served within a reasonable period of time.

How much and what is missing for full pot remains to be seen in the future, perhaps they surprise with something "extraordinary" or innovative.
