Jag och mitt sällskap kanske bara hade otur igår, men under all kritik att bli otrevligt behandlad av tre olika (en servitris och två bartenders) som dessutom var stationerade på tre helt olika platser i lokalen. Vi fick inte ett endaste leende (endast ett formellt hej eller välkommen) sedan var det mest sammanbitet, suckande eller nästintill ögon som rullade.

The restaurant is very sparsely populated. We are instructed to sit at a high bench next to another couple. With a view, sure. But a little difficult to be able to talk. I want to make sure we get a good table and ask about the guest's garlic allergy - if there will be food to choose from anyway. "Sure, no problem! says the evening's head waiter. When we get there to eat, the music is loud. I ask if they can lower as I myself hardly hear what is being said. "No, we can't," greets the head waiter. I get to share my mobile screen with the guest who is not digitally used to using QR codes. For any paper menu in reserve for guests who are not so digital, after all, there is not. I already know that. We order and suddenly the garlic allergy is a big problem. There is hardly anything they can arrange. What about a salad? No, you can't really fix that either. In the end, the guest gets to choose a hamburger that they don't want. An incredibly embarrassing situation for me as host of the lunch. Still, no apology from the staff. VERY SAD THAT SUCH A NICE RESTAURANT SHOULD HAVE SUCH LOUSY SERVICE. Don't get it. We have pointed this out several times, but nothing happens. Time to join forces with other tenants in Stockholm01 and complain jointly and exercise our consumer power?

Skitig och äcklig toalett med piss på golvet. Hög musik som gjorde att man inte kund prata. frågade servitören om man kunde sänka. Han måste fråga och kom tillbaka för att meddela att det inte gick. Inte det minsta kundvänligt. Gå inte dit!
