Nice room! Had two waitresses, a lovely Gotlandian who was professional and one who was brand new which was very noticeable. But that could be the case, of course! Would still say the service was good.
The dinner initially consisted of a charcuterie tray. Very good it was! Different types of charcuterie, padrons, olives, cheese. Nothing was missing and everything was of good quality. For the main course we ate different types of meat with accessories (french fries, bearnaise, herb butter, tomato salad). Some meats better than others, some meat was a little dry but generally tasty. Good accessories. For dessert it was almond cake, vanilla ice cream and fruit. Incredibly good cake and ice cream but could probably have replaced the fruit with berries.
The food is absolutely good but this is something I might as well have cooked at home. It feels like a very good home dinner, I want a little more surprises when I go out to eat. Something different from how you had cooked the food yourself. If I come back, it'll be for lunch.
