Det gör mig lite nedslagen att behöva säga hur illa ställt det är med Pastis. Maten är helt OK, vinlistan också. Men servicen håller riktigt låg nivå. Jag har varit här vid flera tillfällen för några år sedan och då har jag tyckt att det är OK. Men vid de senaste 2 var det riktigt illa. Särskilt sist gång då vi blev illa behandlade, först dröjde det lååång tid innan vi fick beställa dryck. Vi beställde in en flaska Champagne som vi tänkte ha till förrätterna. Men vi fick inte beställa innan den var slut. När vi sen hade frågor om menyn så blev vi bemötta med en attityd som om om vi var helt dumma i huvudet som inte visste exakt vad de serverade (det står inte i menyn). Det är ett kardinalfel att få en gäst att känna sig dum. Vi fick in varmrätterna 1,5 timmar efter att vi hade satt oss. De förstod hur irriterade vi började bli och de bjöd oss på en hel del som plåster på såren. Hit går jag aldrig igen, om det här hade varit i Frankrike så hade de fått stänga ner för länge sedan. Så här behandlar man inte sina gäster. De försökte skylla på att det var mycket gäster, men den förklaringen håller helt enkelt inte. Dåligt skött helt enkelt, jag spenderar hellre mina pengar på restauranger där jag blir trevligt bemött och inte behöver känna mig korkad (vilket jag kan garantera att jag INTE är när det gäller mat!)
