And VIPs to my surprised filled the glass on again, no extra charge. What a caring, so cute. The menu is short and seasonally based. This applies from ground to table, as well as from nose to tail. Minimal wastage. We start with a chark washer that was really neat and good quality. Air-dried ham, air-dried pork loin, soukissmoked reindeer sausage, sheep smoked reindeer heart, and chicken liver pate, wonderfully tasty! The main courses were well cooked, beautiful and tasted heavenly. No one is able to complain, which means that I can no doubt recommend the place to anyone.
The interior is elegantly relaxed, cozy with blue, grey tones. Slate, cozy fur leather and details in animal motifs. At the entrance a small bar for hanging. Great sound level and great views.
It is really good value because the quality of the raw materials is on point, you are not deceived here. It may not be mindblowing flavor explotions but I left the place with the feeling that here I would not mind eating again. Good for date, buddy dinner, family etc Also available lunch and brunch (not tested)

The food was good but there was no vegetarian on the menu, although they can "fix it in the kitchen" so disappears half the restaurant-the feeling of a kind of treatment. Got roasted celeriac in butter.
