Good Neapolitan pizza in the Ring! Tomato, gorgonzola, kale and hazelnuts. Went quickly from ordering to serving, and always easy to eat at the Theatre if the company has different food preferences. Thus, not the coziest place to sit, but works fine for lunch.
Googla bäst pizza i Stockholm och Galinas nämns ca 9/10 gånger. Så ja, lite besviken är en att det inte lever upp. Priset är bra. Degen är mycket god men utöver det är det ingenting spännande alls. Gott, bättre än medel men lätt att glömma bort.
Jag tog deras "kända" tallegio och potatis alltså en bianca pizza. Gott men meh . Min sambo tog Nr 1 (tomat, basilika, mozzarella) och den "hyllade" tomatsåsen smakade surare än citron. I dunno, de kanske var bättre för. Det är värt att köpa pga billig pris för en skaplig pizza

I was faced with a excited experience but, with hindsight, with too high expectations and finally a rather tasteless and boring experience. Galina is part of the theatre (which, incidentally, delivers really good, well-cooked fast food) and I already had the idea that it lay there set the standard and the setting for the visit-it could be nothing but good then everything else I ate there has been it. A 450 degree oven, fast service and Goa fellas was behind the counter and I made a special order on pizza Nr. 3 and changed the mozzarella to gorgonzola but kept the artichokes artical and the sun-dried tomatoes. The menu range was relatively low, but I concluded that it must be because they want to invest in quality and taste instead of quantity. A factor that is both good and evil. Furthermore, the pizza was finished in about 5 minutes, was smoking hot and smelled good. To my bitter disappointment, the pizza only tasted sour artichoke. The tomato sauce that everyone had praised was certainly good and after picking aside all the pieces of artichokes artical tasted it better. It was otherwise well baked and had a good thin bottom, very fresh in the mouth.
I don't know if my specials were the wrong choice or if my attitude to pizza otherwise affected my experience but I have tasted waaay better. To eat with plastic cutlery and having to pay extra for pizza salad did not fall to me either in the taste, the pizza was already relatively expensive at 115kr. maybe I go back and order another pizza that others have thought was good and whose view can justify mine-but when There are so many other restaurants that attract inside the theater and in the city I am further hesitant.
