We brought in two snacks and eight dishes that came in on the assembly line. Everything tasted really good, some dishes/flavors you knew no one from both Agrikultur and BarAgrikultur. I think the fried autumn mushroom was the best with truffles and cabbage pudding.
Sitting inside the prestigious Gyledene Freden and drinking a tight red wine felt a bit special with Bellman and Wreesvijk watching one. It almost felt like they were coming in the door.
Go there when the autumn rush is at its worst, eat the Swedish houseman that you share with your best company and enjoy the atmosphere that we hope stays in Philip's estate because he knows what he is doing and it is noticeable on the plate that his chefs send out.
