This Peruvian restaurant is Scandinavian's first true cevicheria. Peru's national dish ceviche takes centre stage here - fast-marinated, tart and tangy fish. Accolades started rolling in as soon as they opened in 2011 and the following year Aji y Ajo won the "Tastemaker of the year" award at the prestigious Restauraranggalan awards.
Ceviche is primarily a fish dish made from fresh white fish marinated in lime juice and flavoured in various ways and the menu at Aji y Ajo consists of authentic ceviche in all its forms, using both fish and shellfish and masses of exotic fruits. The restaurant is light and colourful, with warm South American vibes and plenty of room for large and small parties.
