A nice room, just the right volume of music, just the right noisy and very nice staff.
But the food was really of varying quality. We chose four smaller dishes, flank steak and two desserts. We took a standard Civiche which was just like that, boring and nothing extra except the price. Similarly, the chicken empanadas and pork belly tacos were small and to nothing. I would like to say really overpriced for these three dishes.
Their dessert flan was perfectly ok.
Was that good then? The scallops as small dishes were good shit. A dessert with chocolate, banana, ice cream and crumbled cake. Be very good. Then there's the Flanksteken (tenderized 200 days) with cabbage and chimmichurri was absolutely amazing. This lifted the whole dinner. Really really good. This dish lifted up so they got a third grade.
So I would say that most of the food did not live up to the price it had. And there's grains of gold on the menu.
