I was a little extra disappointed at Burgers & Beer, because it really felt like it could have been better than it was. First of all, 140g-patties. Why? Too big to run twice (which was not going to see anywhere in the menu what it cost either) and too small to run alone. In addition, I always prefer double.
Took extra cheese, did not get extra cheese. They asked how we wanted to have fried, a replied medium, a medium rare and a rare. All came super-well done, snuff dry. Way too much onion (slightly loose though). And why a big stick in the middle of the burger? This can be possible if you take a triple that has difficulty holding together. Colan was not cold. It stands for fuck on the bottle "served ice cold", how hard should it be?
It is a pity, because the meat is good, the bacon fine and the bread is really good. The sauce that is on likewise. You really feel that it could have been so much better than it was this day. And I have also experienced when I was on their second device on the Rörstrand Street. The pommes are quite ok, to be thick. Would rather take a few half bad thin if I should be honest. Vitlöksdippen was good, and generous (hate when you get too small). The venue is much nicer than that on Rörstrand Street, still halvtrist though.
