Now I have eaten here 6-7 times (in a little more than 1 month) and really think the quality lasts. Really good burgers, then. Suitable for take away too, as they have a little less talg in the burger than many others, which means that it does not get as runny. Keeps it as one of my absolute favorites along with Bap, Flippin and BMB.
Edit Jan 2021: Now I have eaten here 50 times maybe (about 1 time/week since they opened). That's amazingly good. Have heard raised voices from e.g. Max Hamburgare's CEO (burgerspotting on Instagram) that this is Sweden's best burger. I don't agree. It's the best hamburger in the world. For a few months now, I've moved from the Cheeseburger, which I thought was the tastiest burger I've eaten, to the Chili burger, which I think is kind of the tastiest dish I've ever eaten. It would have liked to have been served as a slider at Frantzén, 3 stars in it.
Don't judge this place because it's the Brothers, the most unsexy brand in restaurant Sweden. The 20 other devices should be mediocre, I've heard (haven't tested anyone myself though), but this is something completely different. My expectations when I first came here were so incredibly low that it took me almost 10 visits before I could accept how damn good it actually is.

Tried the newly opened Brothers the other day. Incredibly good hambrurgare without lots of bullshit on. Perfect (according to me) french fries-thin and crispy. Good dips, truffle was a favorite. Now for the burger! Shake shack is my absolute favorite burger ever and this one reminds me of it. I love it when the meat is so-called Smashed with good cheese and good bread. Thumbs up! Also took take away the other day144 kr for double cheese and french fries with dip. Not bad.

Jag korar Ostburgaren här till Sthlms godaste. Har prövat den flera gånger och jämfört med andra bra alt (typ BaP) men Ostburgarens på Brödernas slår allt.
