Bistro Arsenalen is a pretty newly restaurant on the Arsenalsgatan, at Bukowskis type. We were here on a Monday night and it was completely empty, but some music and a very nice room meant that we could still appreciate the atmosphere. Wonderful place on Arsenalsgatan. Friendly staff and the food is amazing. We had the truffle pasta (hands-down best in town) and their signature steak tartare all of which had amazing flavors and nice plating! Will definitely be back!
