In previous reviews of other Hamburger Hak I have been hard regarding their vegetarian offerings. At Bastard Burgers This is not a problem.
Sure, they've also tried to allude to the everyday Flexitarian who thinks it's a bit hip to order a halloumiburger. But where there is a halloumiburger there is also the extraordinarily ingenious decision to run this month's Veggo. Now I have to confess that I eat at Bastard Burgers Liiiiite too often maybe but every time I have been there I have ordered the month Veggo.
Pancopritoried Portabello that is covered in something like a large piece of chili cheese (S/out Max).
Beetroot burger with a sauce that cannot be described. Imagine everything in a given context, imagine it fixed right. All tastes work well together.
In addition to a well-decorated local and friendly staff, they also offer stylish merch for those who consider themselves a hardcorefan.
To that I just say-give me more veggo of the month, so I will appear in their T-shirt and caps shortly.
Finally, I still want to give pay tribute to the founders who managed to keep the whole idea fresh and appealing to all groups. I have visited Bastard Burger both here in Stockholm and at home in Uppsala, with family members, Sambon, work colleagues and acquaintances-everyone has been happy.
The favorite memory at Bastard in Uppsala was in connection with an Afterwork. Good food and a mind sick good Gin & Tonic created Funny memories and an incredible evening.
