Varför pratas det inte mer om detta ställe? Bland det bästa jag ätit på väldigt länge!
Inte nog med att restaurangen är superfint inredd så ligger den ju även högst upp i Hotellet Blique By Nobis och ger på så sätt en magisk utsikt över hela Stockholm - bland annat över Haga Norra tornen. Här finns också en stor terass där det måste vara helt magiskt att sitta och dricka drinkar på vår, sommar och höst.

Jag fick ett mysigt hörnbord precis vid fönstret och utsikt mot tornen. Servitrisen var supergullig och rekommenderade riktigt gott vin. Som den cocktailälskare jag är var jag såklart tvungen att testa även dessa och de var också jättebra!

Maten högg hög nivå rakt igenom. Det är mellanrätter i asiatisk anda och allt som kom in var fantastisk. Tartaren var något av det godaste jag någonsin ätit. Så god att jag faktiskt beställde in ytterligare en innan det blev dags för dessert. Hade kunnat äta den varje dag, så bra var den!

Skulle verkligen rekommendera att åka hit. Det ligger inte mitt i stan så kanske är det därför man inte bara "snubblar" över det. Men det är definitivt värt att ta en liten omväg för. Jag kommer definitivt återvända i sommar och prova på takterassen!

So impressed with the ARC!

We visited ARC a little spontaneously on a Friday evening and started at their roof bar. Everyone should go here. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Now to the food. We ended up in the middle of the dinner and it was noticed but we had a waitress who was so nice and really did the best of the situation. She looked all the time that we felt seen when the rush was over and apologized that we hamnde a bit squeezed and gave us a small discount on the bill. Jag har sett så många bilder från deras takbar och velat gå dit länge. För att komma till takbaren behöver du gå igenom deras innegård. Själva innergård som var upplyst med ljusslingor, verkade så mysig. Ser framemot att testa den nästa sommar😍. Sen när vi kommer upp till takbaren så känns även den väldigt mysig och snyggt inrett. Maten är väldigt god och älskar upplägget. Personalen känns personliga, avslappnade och serviceinriktad, vilket är sånt plus😍.
Nu är det ju lite kallt att äta ute på själva terrassen, även om de har värmelampor. Utsikten från takbaren är magisk 😍. Hela intrycket av restaurangen är positivt, kommer gå hit flera gånger.

Ger Arc en stark 3a. Vid ankomst blev vi trevligt bemötta av hovmästaren som visade oss till våra stolar vid bardisken. En riktigt trevlig miljö där man kan se kockarna laga maten mitt framför dig.

Vi beställde avsmakningsmenyn Ocean Experience som innehöll en blandning av sex skaldjurs- och fiskbaserade smårätter. Mina favoriter var de halstrade havskräftstjärtarna och pilgrimsmusslan med bl.a. rotselleripuré, shiitake och svampte. Rätterna var vackra men smakmässigt bara helt okej, inte någon smaksensation. Dessutom var de väldigt små så vi lämnade restaurangen fortfarande småhungriga. Inte heller var vinlistan särskilt intressant utan väldigt kort med få alternativ på glas. Servicen var trevlig och bra med några småmissar, t ex glömde bort att servera ett glas champagne och tog tid på sig att komma med notan.

Kan tänka mig att besöka Arc igen för ett glas i den trevliga miljön och med utsikten, men ännu en middag där får dröja.

Femte gången på Arc Rooftop. Vet inte om jag är mest besviken på stället eller mig själv som gick dit igen. Väntetiderna förstör allt, allt tar extrem tid, och det är tydligt att de är underbemannade så personalen ute på terrassen är otroligt oengagerade. Nice location with beautiful view. Very small menu, incredibly expensive as portions are very small, so a dinner is around 600-800kr for a normal dinner plus drinks. Food was ok but not great. Service quite slow and we had one gluten allergic with us who chose the gluten free dishes. When she tasted she immediately felt there was gluten and asked the waitress if they have used soya with gluten, and she said yes. We asked why as it was GF and she said, well there is no bread or big gluten stuff so it is kind of free. She refused to say it was wrong and she was quite unfriendly and ignorant. They came with new dishes without soy but they charged us for those. We all agreed that 2 stars was generous when looking at value for money and service.
