The dining room is rebuilt and the seating is changed so that all guests (except the shared table intended for larger gangs) are in the middle. The assembly takes place partly at the table which creates an interesting discussion with chef/service. Food-wise, it is flawless, good combinations and excellent wine choices. The rating very well, would be a 4.5 if it went.

I would probably have liked to give a three but the food is so incredibly good so it had to be a four. It's still a holistic experience to be judged.
One comes there and meets a worn villa, really worn. But through the window panes you can see that other things are going on.
Someone right in the lounge, most things in the dining room and finishing in the lounge feels like a standard hike that works. We chose a small table in the hope of sitting on our own. There was a little table with another pair. Which we saw as a big minus.
What about the food?
Food with so many layers of flavors and playfulness. For really good food. Had it been for the food alone, it's hard not to give a five. We lacked, however, a bread serve. If churros wouldn't be seen as it. We didn't think like that. There were also too long breaks between the waiters for us. In one case, 45 minutes. It would have been cruel if they threw in some mini dishes there or had shorter intervals. But worth saying again really good food.
Drink?
We took the non-alcoholic package. It's really evolved since they had Esperanto. Most of the drinks they had made themselves, which in itself is cruel. And they were very good. Very well-read staff who had interesting facts and stories about the drinks. But unfortunately it fans a lot to be desired when it came to combination with the food and lift it.
