Unfortunately, my visit to Allegrine ended up not so good. When I visited the restaurant VA the really understaffed which meant that we had to wait for our food and we got a poor service at the table. Besides that we got a piece of meat that unfortunately barely went to eat then the VA tough and boring. When we talked about it for Danyel Couet, he said that this is the way it should be (which is completely wrong) and that we have to accept the French style of meat. A reasonable answer seems to me to have festering that he apologized and offered a new piece or pulled it off the bill.
