Aira is one of my absolute favorites. Everything is perfection and above all, it is divinely good. The staff enhances the experience. Tip: dare to make your lunch reservation. There's something decadent about a 4h lunch ;)
Magical evening at Aira! Had heard about the great atmosphere among the staff and it was really true! So important in a restaurant of that magnitude, I think. The food is absolutely superb, no dish on the tasting menu we wanted to be without. But the incredibly nice service, everything served personally and with warmth and humor made the evening absolutely wonderful!

Wow wow wow. Really liked Aira. ( Does not beat Frantzén) Have long wanted to visit Aira and a few weeks ago got the opportunity. The place has a nice warmth. Feels elegant without being posh. Very nicely done. Love even when there are open kitchens so that you can constantly see what is going on in the kitchen. Big plus Tommy welcomes all the guests. Comes up to the tables and mingles a little. To the food then: We did not take the tasting menu but we wanted to choose for ourselves from a la cart. We had to start with some amuse boucher that were very good. We then ate my favorite dish which was a Langoustine in different servings, they had taken advantage of the whole crayfish, absolutely absolutely magical. The second appetizer was a scallop that wasn't great fun. It didn't taste so much. The main course was a monkfish with lobster that was absolutely amazing. Tommy is known for his sauces and the sauce for this was incredible. It was served with baked curry tomatoes and some cold-pressed potato roll. I'm not a dessert person, so we decided to just have a cup of tea. The tea was served in their conservatory ( which, however, could be cozyed up a little, it was quite bare in there despite the Christmas tree in the middle of the room) For the tea, a trolley with lots of goodies such as chocolate truffles, mini roll cake, mini macaron, apple tarte was rolled out. Very good! It's a good thing I didn't have dessert! I'm definitely going to come back.
