Not full pot can be seen startlingly, but it must be seen relatively. It is of course magical, but given what you pay and what expectations you have, I think it could have been even better.
I like that you can actually choose from an à la carte. I didn't think the tasting menu looked so much fun, so I'd rather pick out the favorites from the à la cart. In terms of price, however, it is more "value for money" to take the tasting menu, as lots more dishes but it does not cost much more.
Some of the dishes were amazing, but some weren't wow and someone was even like that. The place itself is nice, quite classic luxury restaurant with white tablecloths, but with some cool touches like the open kitchen. The service of course top class throughout.
All in all, it is of course a fantastic experience, and I think all foodies should try it at least once. But if you are in the choice and the qualifier between Aira and Frantzén, my choice is clear.
