Treated us really badly. It was pouring rain outside and they decided to be "closed for lunch" but did not write this on google or their own webpage so how are we supposed to know before we get there? There were two women sitting in the break room and when we knocked one came out, held up a finger and went back. When we called them on the phone one of them appeared to get up, mute the phone and go back to the room again. I could clearly see one of them just sitting there scrolling on her iPad while we were outside stuck in the rain. All we wanted was to pick up glasses we'd ordered and already paid for, but they just ignored us. Who lets two paying customers stand in the rain because they are on an unofficial "lunch break" but not even eating lunch just chilling in the back? This is unacceptable and just rude. When finally let inside, 15 minutes later, there was no apology just excuses that were just ridiculous and laughable.
