Definitely the most obvious 5 I've ever experienced!!!!
We had booked glamping which is tented but with real beds, nice décor and with outdoor shower. The easiest way to get here is by car and the last part of the road is pure idyll. Some horses you can see in the pastures, open beautiful green fields and nice little houses appear here and there.

Arriving at the hotel we are met by a magical view of the water, the sun warms on the fattened and the sky is clear blue. The plot is a nice combination of small paths, mixed vegetation and the place really breathes calm. There are small cute signs that show the way to the reception!

The first reception of the staff is warm and we are shown to our tent. Here we are met by a little hidden tent by the mountain. It is harmoniously decorated with armchairs in rattan, large bed in the middle and something that I am not used to in a tent ELEMENT! Yes, you don't have to wake up in a cold sweaty sleeping bag.

In addition, there was also a fan, minibar filled with lots of drinks, snacks and other essentials for survival! Next to the tent there is a lovely outdoor shower with hot water and tap for drinking water.

Since the weather was fantastic, we started with a cooling dip down by the lake. There is also a sauna in case you wanted to sweat a little extra. Next, we drove some lovely snacks by the pool and cold drink. The charcuterie tray felt very well thought out and was incredibly good.

After that, we continued to work a little on the burn and cooled off several times in the pool. After a short powernap, it was time for some swimming in the hot pool located just below the large pool. There were two hot tubs and these were booked in advance for a set time.

After sunbathing and swimming, we headed to the tent to shower and change for dinner. It's a really lovely feeling to be able to shower outdoors in the summer!

Now it was finally time for dinner and my expectations were really high because everything so far was amazing. It started with a small cup of gazpacho which was the creamiest and tastiest I had ever eaten. It was perfectly cooling and fresh!

We then got freshly baked bread and crispbread with tomato salad. The bread was warm and crispy. Together with the healthy tomato, it became a very good combo.

Next, I got a tartar on meat from the neighboring farm (I appreciate when you benefit your local producers). It was incredibly good with crisps from the caramelized onion.

For the main course it was trout and it completely floored me, this was without a doubt the tastiest fish dish I had eaten. I even got a spoon because the couple next to us had just eaten the dish and asked for a spoon for the broth. That even small chorizo pieces found their way through all the good stuff, tied together the right to the tastiest fish dish I ever ate.

Dessert also absolutely wonderful, I am very weak for salt caramel and this was magical! I almost forgot to mention how incredibly good the service was, the wine tips were fantastic with a little backstory about either the producer or the process. With empathy, you learned an incredible amount about the grapes or other interesting things!

We slept incredibly well and the beds were great, there were plenty of extra duvets if you started to freeze and thanks to the generous volume in the tent, the climate did not get damp either. We even drove the element as heat. Woke up to some birds chirping and horses gnawing which was like a fairy tale.

Breakfast is a crucial moment if a hotel experience is incredibly good or bad. Here the breakfast is absolutely amazing. Scrambled eggs and bacon are taken to order which was the fluffiest and tastiest I have eaten. Even the bacon was divine and probably fried in thyme which was surprisingly tasty! In addition to their eggs and bacon, I will long for their crayfish mess far too much.

In conclusion, I have never experienced such a high level throughout. The service has been personal and genuine with a lovely atmosphere all the time.
