Disaster is perfect. Poor treatment, freezer that doesn't ask you how you want it and that you can't communicate with, I'd fix the beard, he slaughtered my throat cut my beard as if a 5-year-old child would cut!!! Disaster!!!! I came home and shaved both hair and a beard!!!
