I'm so dissatisfied. Booked time with their Top Stylist for 1100 SEK. He didn't do anything. Just shed the hair (no massage), no conditioner in, cut minimally without working through the hair, cut a too short pile and then not much more. I didn't check that my hair was evenly cut. Blow-dried without any products. At home, I discovered that my hair was unevenly cut in places... Such a bad style. Bjorn Axén had turned in his grave. This was certainly not worth the money. I won't go back there!
