I have great faith in the power of meditation. In a society where we are always connected, switched on and it will always go fast, we need to unwind, to channel our own strength and focus our energy right.
When mon head suggested meditation just hours before a big event, I was a little suspicious at first but as soon as I stepped through the doors so it went over. In here, there is peace. Soft music was played through the speakers and it was colorfully on a warm and beautiful way, almost like getting into a good preschool. It was just to surrender and enjoy.
In the little Café serves tea and water and you can buy everything from healthy salads to smoothies and rawfood balls.
The meditation led by a woman with a wonderful voice. From that we sat on the comfortable mattresses with super-smart chairs and got a bolster and a blanket she had calmed me down.
During the 30 minute long meditation so I managed to organize the thoughts, release stress and just be right there and then. An absolutely amazing experience that I like to do more often. After the meditation, I felt refreshed and full of new energy ready to take over the world, or atleast a nightclub.
Walk-in classes costs 80 SEK and I will definitely go back again soon and probably raise my rating to five at the same time. I just want to experience the feeling when I don't have a big event on the same day. I suspect it will be even better then.
