SATS Stockholms Flagship Gym. Häftigt, snyggt, roliga lösningar, spännande gångar och ett brett utbud av gruppträning.

Jag imponeras varje gång när jag kommer 06.30 och folk redan har tränat och är på väg därifrån, så ska gym vara. Det ska vara inspirerande och motivera till träning.

Samtidigt är det rätt trångt, även på morgonen. Efter en klass som slutar 08.00 får jag stå och vänta några minuter innan jag kan duscha och på morgonen har väl ingen den tiden. Jag börjar förstå varför folk är klara redan 06.30.

Ska bli spännande att se vad som händer när nya SATS öppnar på Sveavägen.

Eftersom jag är ett fan av gruppträning så självklart går jag mest på det. Att gå på en fullbokad GRIT Cardio 07.00 är en speciell upplevelse och med en inspirerande instruktör ännu bättre.

Hot MOJO är verkligen en populär klass med långa kölistor men låt dig inte avskräckas, senast låg jag på plats 21 och kom in ändå. Låt oss enas om att folk bokar upp sig på för mycket klasser så det går alltid att chansa.

Jag som bor granne med SATS Sjöstaden blir lite avis på utbudet av tidiga morgonklasser som Spårvagnshallarna har och hoppas det blir ändring. Att resa över halva stan är inte alltid det jag helst av allt vill göra 06.00 på morgonen.
