I have by now managed to get around most gyms and I think this is one of the worse Nordic Wellness in Stockholm. May think that most people are relatively low standard when much is old and worn but this is almost on the same standard as that in Årsta - very sunkigt and worn.
Initially, the gym is a bit funny planned. The "large" little gym is fully compressed and if there is a lunch class in the cage in the middle, I almost can not use the gym as I prefer to work out functionally on open spaces with limited weights and utensils. Otherwise, you have to lie on the floor almost at the feet of those who use the machines. But if you're looking to work out on a cardio machine or like machines – just running it there's plenty.
The large group training room has old parquet floors that every time(!) helps my periosteum to sieve a little extra the next day and I really hate it. It should definitely have a plus in the edge because it is spacious, has high ceilings and is a bit cozy but does not fulfill the function that I and my feet / legs need or are looking for. That's why I never come here anymore - which is sad because the instructors are world class. The changing rooms are also old and I shy away from taking a shower here. But otherwise the staff as at all other Nordic Wellness is absolutely fantastically nice, helpful, service-minded and welcoming!
