I have started going on Yin Yoga on inbalance in Hornstull one to two times a week and I absolutely love it. The studio is located a few steps from where I live, which is always a plus. It's simple, but fresh, it's hardwood flooring which I prefer in front of the plastic flooring, they have really nice tools (bolster, blankets, rugs etc) to loan and they always teeth light so that you get in the mood. Yin Yoga-The pass I go on is so good for the body, I feel both calm in the soul and free of cramps when I walk away. Addictive and can really recommend!
