Review of StikkiNikki Götgatan – by Mikaela R.

Calling it "ice cream" is stretching it way too far. There was nothing creamy about what I had at StikkiNikki's today. I ordered a "Vegan Pistacchio" and was handed a cone with icy green chunks of I-don't-know-what. The girl behind the counter had great difficulties trying to scoop it into the cone, it just came apart. I ended up throwing most of it away. This is not ice cream, it's definately not gelato which should be even creamier than ice cream.

Making "vegan ice cream" sounds like mission impossible, a bit like making a pizza without using flour and cheese.
