Chocolate for the soul has been a "hidden stone", in the beautiful area of Bollstanäs in Upplands Väsby which is also aka for "pearl" of Väsby.
I had heard and been told about this set with reference that the owner of the café runs praline workshops and gift shop. But lately she has opened the doors to a café with good pastries, pastries, bread and locally produced marmalades, candies etc.
I ate Tiramisu Swiss roll with brewed coffee. I'm going to give tiramisu a 3 points, but in terms of size it's a 5!
Popular pastries/cake were the brownie, the chocolate cake with caramel cream and carrot cake.
In terms of price, pastries are a bit more expensive compared to all the coffee places that I have visited in/except Väsby but size is pretty good.
Staff: Nice, there are plenty of indoor/outdoor seats with high coziness. You can take a walk by the lake as well, which is 300 m from the café.
