Vi valde 5 rätter men la till rillet som ett litet snack. Vi började med ett glas Sekt som är Tysklands motsvarighet till champagne. Vi drack en som var på 100% Pinot Noir, vilket var väldigt roligt. Supergod. Vi år rillet som var god, ankleverterinne som var magisk, mini pizza med bacon som var ointressant. Sedan fick vi fyllda pastaknytten med kalv som låg i en buljong, god men inte wow. Fisken med surkål och vitvinsås var kvällen vinnare, den var otrolig. Kalven med oxkind och tryffelsås var även den god. Efterrätten var en chokladkaka med körsbär i olika former, inte wow, jag är dock ingen efterrättsperson. Vi drack en jättegod Spätburgunder från en jätteliten producent som var jättegod. Men överlag får maten 4/5. Lokalen hade man kunnat göra lite mysigare. Personalen var grym. Otroligt trevliga och kunniga.

Had heard about Sekt a lot before and was looking forward to coming here. However, got a little unsure when we entered the room. Small restaurant with few tables. However, did you get a little uncomfortable when you came in because it was so enlightened and felt like everyone there turned around when the door opened? haha. Not so high cozy factor in the place, is a little stiff. Were also high tables and chairs (if I don't remember wrong, was a few weeks ago now) which I'm not a huge fan of.
Pelle Johansson came out several times so the service can't be complained about! He's so incredibly nice. Been to his other place Stim when he served too. Really top.
First we ate brioche bread with duck liver butter- OH MY GOD!!! One of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. The bread was perfectione. To that we drank sect, which is Germany's answer to champagne. Super tasty.
For the main course, everyone in the company ate the pasta nut with calf and truffles. It was incredibly good but it wasn't amazing.
In conclusion, a good restaurant, fun niche with Germany because it is not so common, awesome service, rigid local and the little extra is missing. However, be satisfied!
