13/1 2023! Efter en härligt promenad, kort som långt, vid den sidan av stan eller slagit på sig stort med att komma ända från Waldemars udde väljer att istället för att ta spårvagnen istället går till närmaste tunnelbana (Östermalmtorg).
Ibland kan jag undra om denna fina bageriställe är bortglömd. Att bara de som bor just i närheten fortfarande känner till? Då tycker jag att det är bra synd för detta är i samma klass som Mathias ”tösse”🙂 Tössebageriet är mer inriktad konditor medan Riddarebageriet är enligt mig mer åt bageri, mer bröd och sötebröd!
Väljer man att gå till/från djurgården med sina bara ben så rekommenderar jag varmt att någon gång gå via riddargatan och slinka in hos Riddarbageriet❤️ Att köpa med sig kaffet eller fylla på energin är väl inversterat. Här görs allt från grunden, surdegar har satts långt innan det blev trendigt. Produkter är hantverksmässigt skickligt gjorda av de äldre lärda kunskaper och lång erfarenheter.
Ibland är det ändå skönt att kunna hitta ställen som Riddarbageriet, att få luta sig tillbaka åt de enkla ursprungliga inom bageri🥨☕️

One of Stockholm's best bakeries. Their breads are served at many restaurants and it understands. Would also recommend their breakfasts that are very lovely. Since it costs the part.
How many times have any of Knight's home bakery's books in the bookcase? I hold up one hand though actually it is my parents who had it at home. It is something of a temptation to look up the book and start reading the recipes. According to me is that I prefer to bake a bit too complicated so I would rather go here and resolve the problem. All is not surdegskungar as Michael W.
Knight's Bakery is still a place I forget because the street of Knights is not a street I often pass. I am pleased that today's meeting needed some coffee so I had the chance to go past.
I had imagined a little buns but when I saw their afternoon tea kit with brioche, scones, muffins and pain au chocolat for $5, I could not resist. Sweet packaged and in miniature, just my style. Perfect to take with you, buy with some good tea from Sibyl's, you are at home.
When I arrived shortly before 14, it was totally silent in the bakery, not even music was played and it was so nice. I know it's not always so, but it might be an idea to come here and just enjoy some coffee and delicious snacks any afternoon. I will make again soon.
