If you want to pamper yourself and take a day where you get the opportunity to breathe out in central Stockholm, this is perfect and affordable! What I unfortunately thought was boring was that it was not very big which made it quickly felt like there was a lot of people in there, but you are going to come early and spend the morning there I think it is perfect! Here, I will absolutely return, either myself to relax, with my partner to get quality time or a girl friend to really have time to talk and have it fattened together!

Yes, what to say. Won't come back again. There were three of us who would come here, rooftop pool, view, perfect we thought. Since the booking system only allows you to book one at a time, or duo, I wanted to call and book so we knew there were actually 3 seats left. Tried for days to get hold of instead but got no answer, once I even heard someone answer and hung up. Understands they have to take care of the visitors who come, but was terribly frustrated. We were going there on Saturday and on Friday afternoon the day before, I finally got them. There was room and they booked three. The next day we get there, get to borrow the stuff, change and then go out into the pool. The whole thing about elements is that you should be able to swim out into the outdoor pool and get to see the view while bathing, but then the window that divides between the inside and the outdoor pool breaks and does not go up, next to it is a sign "swim under". But, what? Where was this information before when we booked? Or when we arrive before we pay? For medical reasons, someone in my company can't wet his hair, so this wasn't fun. They said it broke the morning before, and then you could have informed me? Not okay to take full price per person when you can't take part in the whole experience. ( applies to everyone who was there that day, or now during the time when it is broken) The person in my company talked about the situation with someone who was working and received an unpleasant response that they were not their fault that it is broken. Then my company got to talk to a nice girl who was really trying to help.
what makes me not come back is the staff's reception before when booking and the reception on site when we brought these up (before the nice girl came), is not okay anywhere. And that they don't inform if anything is broken. No it worth the money, we all got terribly frustrating and you didn't leave with a relaxed and pleasant feeling in your body. You didn't feel welcome at all. After a lot of fuss after the stay, we got our money back, but it doesn't do anything better. Even they had a boring attitude, were zero percent interested in fixing these or compensating us.
Included tea and fruit. When we got there there were lots of apples and about 4 melon pieces.... ran out quickly and didn't refilt.
When you sat in the sofas, the beds or on the chairs out on the terrace, the view was really nice, but it was really my company that made the experience worthwhile. And of course the bubble tasted good. But nice company and bubbly I can find elsewhere.
