To begin with. On the day of reservation my boyfriend got sick, the support told him the visit is non refundable and we can’t change the date due to sickness. Later on they agreed to change the date just after showing a certificate from doctor. Like what??? So we were at Centralbadet today and one thing I can say for sure- it’s not worth the money. The lady handing out the towels had such an attitude and she wasn’t nice to us. Most of the staff didn’t speak Swedish and English as well. We had troubles communicating. The place is very crowded, why let so many people in at the same time. What you got doesn’t match the price, you get access to one pool, weird jacuzzis and foot bath. The only thing I liked is the saunas. When I came in the changing roomed there were no shelf’s for shoes so the shoes were laying all over the place and it was impossible to go. The whole building is confusing, you go up and down and to get to restaurant you need to go floor down and floor up? The sun terrace is another story…. I thought it would be something there but no. There was no good signing. To get up there you go through a living house with apartments??? So anyone can see you half naked. I came up there and it was just snow and the workout machines covered in snow (rust?). It was also quite weird that the restaurant is both for spa clients and just everyone. If you want to see beautiful architecture and that’s it- it’s the place for you. If you’re expecting a nice relaxing experience I recommend to choose another place.

I've been here 3-4 times and hated it every single time. And yes, you might ask why I've come here several times. Unfortunately, I've been plus 1 every single time, when I received it as a gift and didn't want to be ungrateful. Just because you're a woman doesn't mean you love SPA.
The place is simply horrible, claustrophobic, boring, uninspiring and wasted time. I didn't feel relaxed at all, quite the opposite. You must not talk, breathe or show any signs of life. The food is :(
If you want to be more stressed than you usually are, you should visit the central bath.

As soon as you turn off from Drottninggatan towards the courtyard, the tranquility is so close to the bustle but quiet and harmonious. When you get closer to Ecobaren, centralbadet's restaurant, it is difficult to navigate to the reception. There are several small walkways with stairs up and down.
The staff is nice and you get good help. It strikes me, however, that this place hasn't changed since I was here 6-7 years ago. Green and dark red tile as well as dark large wooden sections. Crowded and narrow. When you have found your way down to the bath, you will be greeted by a collection of bathrobes, slippers and towels. Plus because you get two towels and the slippers are stable and fit well on the foot. Now I like fluffy towels and these are somewhat strive but perfectly okay.
The dressing room itself is small and if you happen to end up with more than 3 close to each other, it becomes easy to claustrophobia. Good that there are hair dryers to borrow but would have liked a better surface to set off stuff. And that in 2021 they are a flat and a curling iron can you have too?
The shower room itself is small and if you are not completely comfortable in standing naked with strangers, this can become a problem. I ended up in a shower with terrible water pressure so had to test different showers so I could get all the shampoo out. There is body soap with chamomile nice and then what it markets as shampoo, but if you read on you can use it as body soap as well. It is of peppermint, swine pain to get in the eyes, comfortable for the scalp. If you have sensitive hair, it becomes easily frizzy. HINT! BRING YOUR OWN CONDITIONER. There's no one.
There are two different pool areas. A larger pool and an area with small pools. There is a swimming pool you can walk through with cold water very refreshing even if you are a real bathing pot. There are several different saunas and light therapy but most of it feels quite B. There is a lack of luxury on all levels for you to want to hang out there longer.
I took a massage that was super, I felt safe and well treated. It has a wide range of treatments. However, I feel that it is in the stingiest team that the entrance to the bath itself is not included but must be paid separately. Overall very overpriced.
In general, I probably won't visit Centralbadet again in the first place, will not wish for gift cards there either.

Perfect location on Centralbadet and completely clean if you are a student! The student price is cruel and during my studies we chose several times to treat ourselves to a mid-week luxury when the entry is only 150kr (however, requirements for slippers, etc., so in total if you rent everything, it ends at 280kr, still cruel price!).
I would certainly not call this the best spa't I've been to but as I said, you want to escape everyday but a friend is the perfect place to take a morning / afternoon to just talk shit!
