I and my partner got food poisoning on Tokyo Diner, after eating what we suspect was a bad fried spicy tuna roll where the bacteria from the fish probably did not die. We also wondered if the fish was extra bad because it was a Saturday, 4 p.m. two days after new year's. We eat sushi very often and travel a lot in Japan, this is the first time that we become food poisoning in a Japanese kitchen. It feels extra sad because we feel that they didn't take us seriously. Our weekend was completely destroyed, we had a guest from Canada that we couldn't meet more and who had entered the hotel. Even sadder, it feels because we were regulars and spent thousands of dollars there over the years. We have tried to sort it out with the restaurant, but because it did not go as we would like to warn you against others by typing here. The best before date on both food service has apparently passed.
