The Street Food Labs experiments with Mexican, Asian and American flavours to create their own version of street food. They serve colourful bowls, burgers, burritos and other classic street food given the lab's own twist. 

The lack of the kind of street food they wanted to eat inspired the team behind The Street Food Labs to experiment with different flavours and food cultures. The result was an urban hole-in-the-wall in Kungsholmen, with neon lighting and tiled walls. During the summer months the outdoor dining area is a sunny spot to sit and dream yourself away to hot city side streets and tropical beaches. 

The menu mixes flavours from Mexican cuisine with influences from Asia and America. a concept they call “street food Los Angeles-style”. Colourful vegetables and fresh herbs combine with meat, fish and vegetables in modern versions of classics such as burritos and burgers. And forget the idea of French fries as a side dish - “loaded fries” have their own section on the menu here, with toppings such as marinated beef, pickled red onion and jalapeño mayo. 

You can also visit The Street Food Labs when you fancy something refreshing to drink. The bar serves tropical cocktails, beer, selected wines and non-alcoholic alternatives.
