Ok restaurant. A bit messy and noisy at noon. Seems va a mix between drink bar and restaurant! Ordered their entrecote but had to change as it was really tough. Got very good treatment then and it was no problem to change correctly. Then I chose their raw shrimp and it was divine! ☺️
I had, not super high expectations so... But still a little higher than what the place reached. Perhaps because it is so well known and has been around for a long time and felt like a good and safe place with well-prepared food.
But... It wasn't a hit, it just went well. A few things weigh over at four stars but in the end it will only be three.
The room is nice with good location. However, the staff was... yes... Either inexperienced or they just didn't care. I don't know, but there was no heat. If you wondered something, it was more with a sigh than with joy they checked it out and the attitude was yes... generally cool and it pulls down the rating quite significantly.
We shared a charcuterie tray for starters that was good. For the main course I took a raw rocket that was actually very good! The desserts weren't their strong suit, it feels like, no one at should have been really pleased. I took some chocolate mousse thing and kind of got another teaspoon of cream - which made it overpowering and completely out of balance. It's a very expensive place, so it wasn't worth the money.
Yes... I don't know, I don't know. Won't run back right away but can absolutely go back and eat a raw rocket. That's all right.
