I like Riche, it has become a bit of a classic for me. Both when it comes to lunches and dinners. When you go here you always know what to get, which is a nice experience with delicious classic cuisine without frills, friendly staff, lovely setting. A safe bet!
Riche is always Riche. Luxurious and amazing if it wants to be well and decent and snooty sometimes, mostly to bring back one to Earth. Here everyone can feel like a star.
Breakfast at Riche is to reward yourself a little extra. I always take Egg Benedicte with ham and to the red tea. Sometimes even a half grapefruit to boost a little extra. The venue is always more than half, it is inspiring to have breakfast here.
My ALLLRA best tip is to eat New Year's lunch here. Often you have plans in the evening but on the day there is the opportunity to meet up with the friends you will not celebrate with.
Drink champagne, eat oysters, share burgers, lobster, löjromstoast, etc. Social lunching simply! A good way to end the year and take care of the relationships.
The service will vary from time to time from good to amazing. Professionally without feeling from time to time so looking for an experience of good service glide over to the theater grill instead.
The food is also good, you know what you get. I will be surprised if it is too good and shocked if it is too bad.
Why then 4 stars? Riche in itself is something I always want to return to, it always works. There was a time when I hung in the small bar and checked in cool bartender-dudes and maybe it is what I return to in mind when I check in at Riche.
