Restaurang Von Linné

This neighbourhood restaurant on Linnégatan is open from early morning until the evening for everything from breakfast to dinner and drinks. The style is modern and classic, with favourite European dishes served against a backdrop of white tiles, brass and light marble tables.

Von Linné opened in the spring of 2019 and it's run by David Holm from Nybrogatan 38, among others. The aim is to serve excellent, uncomplicated food at reasonable prices while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests. You can pop by for a local dinner or have lunch close to work, or stay on for a glass of wine in the bar. In the mornings, you can start the day with, for example, an omelette or a breakfast roll and coffee.

Typical European dishes such as moules frites and warm-smoked salmon are the order of the day, served no-frills and preferably with a nice glass of wine. You can pick up your lunch to take away or eat in, perhaps a working lunch. Like the menu, the premises are classic yet contemporary, with bistro tables and white-tiled walls hung with paintings from various artists. In the summer you can eat outside in the small al fresco dining area.
