Vi firade morsdag här i söndags, hade bokat ett bord som skulle sitta på en lite lugnare plats pga min hörselskada. Men då hamnade vi inne i ett mörkt hörn i restaurangen vilket var lite tråkigt så vi kollade om vi kunde få sitta ute istället eftersom min mamma hade med sig hundarna också (vilket jag ej visste om innan) Och det löste dom trots att de ej hade blivit klara än med deras servering utomhus! Så det uppskattade vi otroligt mycket ☺️
Vill även förtydliga att hundar är välkomna inne i restaurangen men de vart lite för trångt för oss!
Till maten då, asså WOW! Hela sällskapet vart heeelt sålda på alla rätter vi beställde in. Vilka smaker!! Så välbalanserat, smakrikt och mycket umami. O så fina uppläggningar! 😍
Vi var 4st och beställde in 8 mellanrätter som vi delade på och varsin ostron! Man blev inte super mätt på så det fick bli en mini smakupplevelse istället då vi hade en budget att följa också ☺️
I det stora hela så vart de superlyckat! Kommer absolut komma tillbaka o testa mer av deras rätter 🥹

Went here with a bunch of colleagues and we were impressed with the food in unison. I took the vegetarian version of the tasting menu and the colleagues the non-vegetarian, 595 SEK felt affordable. Everyone was incredibly happy! Consistently beautiful dishes with a lot of flavor and odd combinations of ingredients that worked incredibly well together and made it a very exciting dining experience. Sushi rice with white asparagus and ramson cover was exciting, the arancini balls incredible but the best we agreed on was the dessert with cloudberry jam, almond cake and cream ice cream.
If I have to give a tip, it might be not to go here on the sunniest day of the year, the room is very dark and it feels a bit like going underground. Very cozy on a murky autumn day but felt gloomy on a sunny summer day. But the décor was really beautiful and it was good service.
