Been a couple of times at Posto now and I think it's really good pasta but can not give it a 4th because: 1) Uncozy room, unfortunately! It's like a glazed outdoor terrace, nice in the summer but not so fun when the roof is closed. However, I like that the kitchen is open so you can see when the food is cooked. 2) Unfortunately, it takes a very long time to get the food, but now it's pretty new still so let's hope it gets better with time!
Otherwise, I think the pasta is incredibly good! Love pomodoron. Tried the chicken dish with and liked it too, but taken pomodoro 3 out of 4 times (works nearby so become a couple of lunches) so time to try something new next time! However, those in the party who took the carbonara were disappointed. Think the service is good apart from the waiting time as I said.
