Pixel in Solna bakes Neapolitan pizzas wtih a big dose of love, just like in Naples. The techniques and ingredients they use all come straight from the famous Italian city, the birthplace of pizza.
Pixel's kitchen uses imported Caputo flour, said to be the world's best pizza flour, and their pizza dough cold-proves for 72 hours before the pizzas are baked in 450 degree ovens. The menu includes classics such as Margheritas and Capricciosas, as well as several "pizza bianche" without tomato sauce. There are also vegan pizzas and other dishes including salads, pasta, hamburgers and fish and chips. Combine your meal with a glass of wine, craft beer or cider and round off with tiramisu or Nutella pizza.
