Now I have only been here once and it was long ago, but remember that the visit was not as successful. Ordered a fillet of beef that I asked for rare, but was basically raw (think a 4-5 cm-puck as a few millimetres of frying and then completely raw, below room temperature in the middle). Because I don't have any problem with raw meat, I never sent it out, but in retrospect, I would probably have done so, only to toss it in the oven a few minutes.
